To request a return or refund:

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused or in resalable condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos so we can resolve it quickly — no return shipping required in these cases.
